May - More adventures!

Mother's Day
We enjoyed a nice day with the boys - a train trip to Neustadt to eat lunch at a Mutterstag festival they had and relaxed at home.

Strasbourg, France
We spent a nice weekend in France at the end of May. These are some of our pictures from The Cathedral of Strasbourg (The Cathedrale of Notre Dame). The first two pictures are just to show how much detail is on the outside of the church. You can't tell from the larger picture, but the entire Cathedral is amazing. Unfortunatly, none of the inside pictures came out so wonderful, but it is truely an awesome thing to see.

We ate dinner one evening at "Saladin Express". As you can see, their big draw to people is the huge selections of Greek pasteries (this isn't even half of them). My favorite - the mint tea they serve - YUM!

We saw many places along the Rhin River, and ate outside one night at a French Cafe. Here is also pictured Scott and Daniel at a Cafe for breakfast (Daniel ate a hot dog...).

I know - it looks terrible. Daniel has not been cooperative for a haircut, so his dad gave him a military do. I just pray it grows out quickly!

May - First Half

This is Daniel's best friend - Anna. We went to the Hassloch festival with her and her mom and sister. Here, the two are waiting for their turn on the carousel (not an easy thing for them).

In the center of Hassloch, there are many fun things to play on. This is Daniel's favorite. He spins on it until he can't walk straight!

Happy baby and big brother!

We have a favorite restaurant in Hassloch now - An Italian spot with delicious Spargel Parmesan! (Ellen's favorite) Here we enjoy a bite with Scott's mom.

Another of the many festivals we attended (or attempted to attend). This is a castle in Bingin.

Big brother with his now one month old brother!
