For three days and two nights, I was able to do a trip without kids! Scott was nice enough to take a day off of work and hang out with the boys for two nights solo.Katie and I took a train (the moring she flew into Frankfurt) to Paris and spent the three days doing as much tourist things as possible while still getting our fill of wine and coffee. It's so nice to sit and enjoy a drink at my own pace - not the pace my kids set!
Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal. This is Katie, about to lose her umbrella outiside of the Louve.
I threw my umbrella away later that same day.
